1、Questions:what material is needed to make biomass pellet?
Answers:All the burnable material in biomass status which can provide thermal energy can made into biomass pellet.
2、Questions: Does the machine has any requirement about the size and moisture content of the raw material in making pellet?
Answers: Yes, let’s take the sawdust for example, the requirement of the size must be that can go through 12mm*12mm’s mesh,(so the branches, and other waste slabs should be grinded the first time);the moisture content requirement is between 10%-16%,if the moisture content is larger,we need to equio the dryer. If the moisture content is lower,we need mix it with the higher one.
3、Questions: Can a single pellet mill make pellet?

4、Question: what’s the difference between 420 and 508,the reason why called 420 and 508?
Answers: it’s decided by the size of the ihe inner diameter of ring die,420mm can be called type 420,while 508mm can be called type 508.
The difference is :we apply 90kw motor for the 420,110kw for the 508,the capacity of 420 is 1-1.5T/H,and 508 is 1.5-2T/H(wood pellet)
5、Questions: how to assign a production line? Can several equipments in the same priduction line?
Answer:Yes, Multiple devices in a production line, so workers less employment, high degree of mechanization, the general process, it can refer Watson mechanical pellet production line introduction.

Answers:the main wearing parts are ring die(420 ring die’s life span is 800-1000T wood pellet,508 is 1000-1200T); Roll shell(normally,5-6 roller shell’s life span equal 1roller shell);Roll bearings(According to the Mechanical staff’s guide, continuous use can last
up to 15-45 days) The total cost of the mechanical loss equivalent to one ton of wood particles in which about 15-25 yuan.
